TERMS AND WARRANTY

 

What is your Return Policy?

 

When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its manufacturer’s warranty against defective merchandise. Several of our major manufacturer's  policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies:

 

Closed packages: Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version. If the supplier’s original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping to us is at your own expense.
  1. All merchandise sold by Dolphin Distributors shall be covered only under the manufacturer warranty.
     

  2. All factory refurbished products are sold with a 90-day warranty from the manufacturer.
     

  3. All products bought off our off-lease list are sold as-is with no warranty.
     

  4. All RMA's are shipped back to the manufacturer or Service Center at your expense (shipping cost and services fees). 
     

  5. All canceled purchase order's is subject to a twenty (20%) restocking fee.
     

  6. All merchandise returned is subject to a twenty five (25%) restocking fee.
     

  7. All batteries, memories and accessories sales are final.
     

  8. No refunds on special order.


 

CUSTOMER PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: These terms and conditions control the purchase of goods in this Purchase Order and constitute the full and complete agreement between Buyer and Seller with respect thereto.

CANCELLATION:   Buyer can cancel any Purchase Order in whole or in part upon written notice, before 4 (four) business days but anyway Buyer must paying 20% restocking fee for cancellation, no exception. Buyer will losing any deposit after 4 (four) business days of the Purchase order date.

 


IMPORTANT!
 

Refund: Notebooks are Non-Refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS. All defective notebooks will be replaced or repair with the manufacturer only. You must be sure about your purchase decision and agree to our No Refund Notebook Policy, No Exceptions.
